FB Page owners are now targeted by scammers

 FB Page owners: Be Vigilant‼️‼️

FB Page owners are again targeted by scammers. Some people received what looks like a legit Page Recovery Notification. However, checking it will give a different story.

1) Notification was received saying that "Page Recovery Notification" mentioned her page.

2) The scammer tried to intimidate her by saying that her page will be disabled.

3) The scammer asked her to click a link, hidden in a URL shortener.

4) The link will lead you to a fake FB login page (check the URL). If you input your login credentials, the scammers can take over your account.

BE well informed about scams on social media and knows how to identify a bogus FB login page. 

The fake FB recovery page has mentioned hundreds of FB Pages mostly about Lifestyle and Health.
